"If I could give this place ZERO stars, I WOULD! By far one of the WORST insurance experiences I’ve ever had! A complete joke of a company ! They have no problem taking your hard earned money and raising your rates through the roof without a proper explanation. When you call them out, all you get is excuses like “it’s the system.” Absolutely ridiculous!
And don’t even get me started on canceling your policy! Don’t expect them to willingly return the money you paid for coverage you no longer have. It’s unbelievable how quickly they take your money but how difficult they make it to get answers about a refund.
BEWARE OF THEM!! THEY’RE THIEVES! A bunch of crooks in my opinion! Save yourself the headache, frustration, and money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"
