"This team is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and quick to support when it’s needed. This team deserves 5 STARS.

However, after recommending their services to a potential customer in 2025 (who is now their customer for multiple policies), they stated they had mailed me a small gift card as a token of their appreciation. This happened late August in 2025. It was unexpected and I thanked them for it!

A few months passed by (between October and November 2025) and I still hadn’t received the gift card, so I decided to give them a call and let them know (i’m sure no one likes to send gifts by mail to get lost.) They apologized and stated it would be resent. Therefore, I notified them of my upcoming home transition and asked if they could send it to my new address. It’s February 2026 and I haven’t received it.

At this point, I’m not expecting the gift card, but I do share this because it is important to know how companies follow up with their customers. Perhaps this is an opportunity to improve part of their system in customer management or mailings. As their customer, I do everything possible to make my payments without delay. Have I had delays? I sure have!!! Nonetheless, I don’t miss a payment! It’s not about the gift card it’s about following through with commitments and transparency.

Perhaps this may be a rare case, but nonetheless, this was my experience. I do, however, continue my auto coverage with this team."
